Tokyo Science Museum's human tour guides are young women with different hair and different eye colours. They each wear a sky-blue dress and a white bandana. Some of whom each wear white long-sleeved gloves and a sky-blue head-band with silver antennae that represent the Tokyo Science Museum's robot mascot Ginga Hoshisaburo.

A Tokyo Science Museum's human tour guide was first seen in episode 17. This human tour guide with the reddish-brown hair was demonstrating about what happens when a magnet comes into contact with high temperatures.
Another human tour guide of the Tokyo Science Museum, the one with the hazelnut-coloured hair, appeared in episode 35 when Yui came up to meet her.
