The Tokyo Racing Track (Japanese: 東京レーシングトラック) is a location in Kamiwaza Wanda and a large racing circuit located in Tokyo, Japan. In the Kamiwaza Wanda universe, Its circuit is called Souma Circuit (Japanese: ソウマサーキット).

Appearance[]

The Tokyo Racing Track is a very large, dark-grey racing curcuit. It had lawncut grass-areas, a big yard and a huge sheltered seating area for visitors to watch the race in.

In the series[]

Kamiwaza Wanda[]

The Tokyo Racing Track was first seen in episode 39 when Masato and Yuto had a racing competition, as it was announced by Nicole, Souma and Micmin, to see who will awaken the Fact-Promin Metmin first. Wanda and Mighty also patcipated in the race as well as the Bug Bytes but they were eliminated. However, Bug-Yajiromin, who was sent in by the Bug Bytes following their elimination, began tilting the Tokyo Race Track in an attempt to make Yuto and Masato and their Promin buddies fall over. Yuto and Masato manage to maintain their balance and carry on with the race. Masato won the race and awakens Metmin who then confronts Bug-Yajiromin for Masato himself to capture and debug.

Yuto, Mirai and Shuu and their Kamiwaza Teammates Wanda, Amazing and Nice use the Tokyo Racing Track as a starting point for their space journey in episode 47.

Trivia[]

  • The Tokyo Racing Track could be Turbomin's favorite location outside Promin-World if a Kamiwaza Power-Shooter takes him there with them.
  • The Tokyo Racing Track is compared to various real-life 'Formula-1' racing curcuits from around the world.
  • In the original Kamiwaza Wanda anime season, this is the second location to have a Fact-Promin first awakened in. It was Metmin.
  • Souma Circuit, a circuit in the Tokyo Racing Track, appears to be owned by Souma's family.
    • Souma, one of Yuto's friends, appears to be named after the Tokyo Racing Track's Souma Circuit.
