The riverside (Japanese: 川岸 Kawagishi) is an unnamed location in Kamiwaza Wanda and is where Yuto, Mirai and Shuu, as well as Mr. Tateishi and Mrs. Tateishi, and later Wanda all have their barbeque here.
Appearance[]
The riverside is a large outdoor place in Japan. It had tall, green trees, a shiny, blue river and a rocky-but-flat, grey riverbank where people can sometimes have their barbeques on.
In the series[]
Kamiwaza Wanda[]
Episode 5 is the only original Kamiwaza Wanda anime season episode which the riverside was seen in. Shuu, his parents and his 2 friends Yuto and Mirai all arrive here for their barbeque. Shuu and Yuto have to build a barbeque stand with help from Tonkamin and Dorirumin while Mirai helps Mr Tateishi and Mrs. Tateishi prepare the food.
Some of the Promins Yuto has so far were enjoying their time at the riverside, including Turbomin who was wearing sunglasses and relaxing on a bench. After collecting some twigs for firewood and helping Shuu prepare the barbeque fire, Yuto encounted Bug-Chakkamin. Yuto and the Promins he has so far were struggling to battle Bug-Chakkamin until Wanda arrived at the riverside and told Yuto to summon Freezemin. After confronting him with Freezemin and some soggy twigs, Yuto captures and debugs Bug-Chakkamin.
As night has fallen, Yuto, his friends, Wanda and Shuu's parents enjoy their barbeque and also have an origiri rice ball each.
