Qin Shi Huang (Japanese: キン・シー・フワング Kin Shī Fuwangu) is a minor character in Kamiwaza Wanda and a historical figure. He is one of the historical figures who got sent into Kirakira Library by Bug-Jishomin.

Qin Shi Huang is a man with black hair and dark grey eyes. He wears an indigo robe with red and yellow features, black shoes and a Chinese monarch's hat. He also has a thin sword kept in his pocket attached to his left.
Personality[]
Qin Shi Huang is the first Chinese emperor of the Qin dynasty who was born under the name of either Ying Zheng or Zhao Zheng in circa February 259 BC. Many years ago, when he was physically alive, Qin Shi Huang began his reign as the Chinese king of Qin from July 6, 247 BC, succeeding his father King Zhuangxiang, to circa 221 BC when he was promoted to becoming the first emperor of the unified China from 221 BC to 210 BC.
Qin Shi Huang was known for his public work projects such as his city-sized mausoleum guarded by the life-sized Terracotta Army.
Qin Shi Huang died at the age of 49 on July 12, 210 BC and was succeeded by his son Qin Er Shi.

Qin Shi Huang made his debut in episode 8 when Bug-Jishomin sent him into Kirakira Library during a game show. Qin Shi Huang said out the third question for the competitors to answer and Shuu got Qin Shi Huang's question correct. After that, Qin Shi Huang vanished as he went back to his own time in the Qin dynasty in China.
