Gyazaringu Studios (Japanese: ギャザリング Gyazaringu), otherwise known as Gathering Studios, is a Japanese animation company involved in Kamiwaza Wanda. They are known for their work on the Promin-Zu segments. They are based in Tokyo, Japan.

History[]

Gyazaringu Studios was founded in September 2009 by Kazuhiro Toda.

In April 2012, Gyazaringu Studios increased their capital to 21 million and began their capital partnership with another company named Asahi Productions Co. In December 2012, which is 8 months later, Gyazaringu Studios moved their location from Shibuya-ku to Chiyoda-ku in Tokyo Japan.

Three companies were establised under Gyazaringu Studios. The first one was Karasfilms Co. in April 2015, the second one was Lesprit Co. in December 2016 and the third was Monsters Egg Co. in September 2018. Karasfilms Co. was merged with Gyazaringu Studios in December 2018.

Kamiwaza Wanda[]

In early 2016, Gyazaringu Studios was chosen to animate the episode-end segments for the Kamiwaza Wanda anime series: Promin-Zu.

The first Promin-Zu segments are the Promin-Zu minisodes which are minisodes focusing on the Promins and their everyday lives. Three pilot Promin-Zu minisodes appeared on the Corocoro Channel on Youtube in March 2016 and April 2016. 23 of the Promin-Zu minisodes debuted on television during the broadcast of the original Kamiwaza Wanda anime season.

The second Promin-Zu segments are the Kamiwaza Promin-Zu segments which are based on a song of the same name. The Kamiwaza Promin-Zu segments began on episode 24, as it features Turbomin, and lasted for 24 episodes, finishing with Yumemin in episode 47. They are the last Promin-Zu segments to appear on the original Kamiwaza Wanda anime season.

  • Gyazaringu Studios is also known for their work on various animations such as 'Zakkuri TV' and the 2014 'Keroro' flash animation series as well as the Japanese animated adaptions of the British 'Mr. Men' and 'Little Miss' book series.
