Bugmin (Japanese: バグミン, Bagumin) are mysterious monsters. they are responsible for many of the world's real-life bugs. They were originally Promin.

For example: Bug-Liftmin has a forehead in a different shape (showing that he looks angry), comparing to his Promin counterpart Liftmin

Bugmins are bad monsters with magic powers that they can use to wreck havoc. Each Bugmin comes in a different look and an attribute like their Promin counterparts but the Bugmins all share the same colors which are black, grey, red and green. Bugmins also have crazy looks on their faces and glowing, green eyes. Some parts of the Bugmins had their looks more altered than their Promin counterparts.

Name structure

Each Bugmin's name always end with "min" (Japanese: ミン, "min") like their Promin counterparts but also alaways start with "Bug-" (Japanese: バグ, "Bug-").

Turning a Promin into a Bugmin

Bugmins can be transformed from their Promin selves with the touch of the Wazawai Program. This term is called rebugging. In the original Kamiwaza Wanda season, Terara of the Bug Bytes most often use the Wazawai Program to send in Bugmins or turn Promins into Bugmins.

Capturing and debugging a Bugmin

The process of turning a Bugmin back into a Promin is by capturing and debugging it using a Kamiwaza Power-Shot. A Bugmin is captured in a green light and get sucked into the Kamiwaza Power-Shot's lens. It then gets debugged when the 6 lights lit up in clockwise order. After this, the Bugmin gets turned back into a Promin and is registered onto their Kamiwaza Pro-card.

Kamiwaza Wanda (original manga series)

34 of the Bugmins made their debut in the original manga series. Bug-Micmin, Bug-Deodomin, Bug-Hanshamin, Bug-Slowmin, Bug-Spicesmin and Bug-Bellmin do not appear in the original manga series despite their Promin counterparts making their debut.

In the games

Kamiwaza Wanda: Kirakira Ichibangai Kikiippatsu

The Bugmins made their video-game debut in the 3DS game Kamiwaza Wanda: Kirakira Ichibangai Kikiippatsu. There are 52 Bugmins in that game. All of which can be battled except for Bug-Turbomin due to the game's capturing tutorial.

Trivia

• All Bugmins each have an ability that can wreck havoc with. These abilities are called Bugwaza abilities.
• The voices of the Bugmins are much more darker than the voices of the Promins.
• Bug-Mutemin, Bug-Deodomin, Bug-Slowmin and Bug-Bellmin are the only Bugmins that do not appear in the original Kamiwaza Wanda anime season.
• Near the end of episode 36 of the original Kamiwaza Wanda anime season, 2 unidentified Promins were seen as Bugmins. One of them is based on a razor and the other is based on a Japanese oni.
